Warranty Information

Unilevel lasers must be serviced every six ( 6 ) months from the purchase date by an authorized Unilevel service agent as part of the warranty for this product. Unilevel agents and / or dealers liability is limited to the labour and / or parts required for product repair.

If within 12 months ( or another warranty period as stated ) from the date of the original purchase, the Unilevel Laser fails to function because of defects in material or workmanship, the manufacturer will, as its option, either repair or replace such components provided the original purchaser contacts the dealer from whom the Unilevel laser was purchased with the original date and proof of purchase. The original purchaser must return the unit in satisfactory condition with a brief explanation describing why the Unilevel laser is being returned.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, water, tampering, service performed or attempted by unauthorized agencies, laser kits which have been modified in any fashion, laser kits used in non approved applications, laser kits used in non approved environments or laser kits that have not been maintained in accordance with the instructions.

If the components do not perform as warranted herein, the original purchasers sole remedy will be the repair or replacement of the components as provided above. In no event will the manufacturer be liable for damages, lost from the purchase and use or inability to use the components even if the manufacturer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
